The Ilocos Region Librarians Council is one of the 16 regional councils of the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI) composed of licensed librarians in Region I. Membership is open to all licensed librarians from the Ilocos Region, covering the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.
This blog serves as an instrument in delivering updates on the activities and programs of the organization. It is coined with the goal of bridging the gap between and among the library stakeholders in the region.
